Za danas sam vam pripremila recenziju MUA E3 kistića kojeg sam naručila nedavno s njihove web stranice. Koristim ga otprilike tri tjedna, smatram da je to dovoljno da se procijeni njegova učinkovitost jer sam ga koristila gotovo svakodnevno i više puta oprala.
Moja kolekcija kistova nije velika, imam ih oko dvadesetak i to su većinom kistovi drogerijskog ranga, ništa preskupo. Ali smatram da je poželjno uložiti u dobre kistove ukoliko vas zanima make up. I sama se spremam na to, imam već na wishlisti RT kistove za koje mislim da će mi dobro poslužiti, a nisu preskupi. Kasnije, možda čak i dođem do MAC ili Sigma kistova. Nikad ne znaš. :)
U svakom slučaju, prvi korak do savršenog make up-a, osim dobrih proizvoda prilagođenih vašoj koži i potrebama, su kistovi. Vaši prsti mogu poslužiti, ali onaj pravi smokey eye efekt može pružiti samo dobar kist.
MUA E3 Blending and Shadow Brush je puni naziv ovog kista. Kao što mu samo ime kaže, pogodan je za blendanje sjenila za efekt smokey eye-a.
Dolazi vam na kućnu adresu zapakiran u ovu malu futrolicu, koju sam ja bacila jer nema nikakve druge funkcije osim da izgleda novo kad ga dobijete. Uz to, unutra je upakiran u još jedan mali celofan koji ga drži na mjestu. Sam kist košta 1.95 funti, što je otprilike nekih 17 kuna.

For today, I have prepared a review of MUA E3 brush that I've recently ordered from their website. I've been using it for about three weeks, I think that it is enough to see its effectiveness because I have used it almost every day and repeatedly washed.
My collection of brushes is not big, I have about 20 of them and they are mostly brushes from a drugstore range, nothing too expensive. But I think that it is advisable to invest in good brushes if you are interested in make up. I, myself, am preparing for it, I have on my wishlist RT brushes, I think they will serve me well and they are not too expensive. Later, I might even get the MAC or Sigma brushes. You never know. :)
Anyway, the first step to a perfect make-up, except for a good products that are suitable for your skin type and your needs, are the brushes. You can use your fingers, but the real smokey eye effect can only be provided with a good brush.
MUA E3 Blending Shadow Brush is the full name of this brush. And as its name suggests, it is suitable for blending eyeshadows to create smoky eye.
You will get the brush in this small packaging, which I threw away because it doesn't have any other function than to look new when you recieve it. In addition, the brush is also packed into one smaller cellophane thing, which holds it in place. The brush costs 1,95 pounds, which is roughly around 17 kuna.
The brush is synthetic, and like all the other MUA brushes, cruelty free and suitable for all skin types. The handle is not too heavy, fits nicely in your hand and you can comfortably work with the brush. It is very soft to your eye and can blend product really well. I've tried it clean, just blending the eyeshadows, and also applying the eyeshadow directly to my eyes. It collects the product well and if you shake off the excess, you will not have any fallouts.
Brush head itself is slightly larger, suitable for a rougher blending, bigger blending, while if I've wanted to be precise, I would rather pick out my favorite Essence brush. In comparison, I can say that the MUA brush is much gentler to the eye, but still strong enough.
As far as washing goes, I'm washing it like my any other brushes, I wash it in a mixture of olive oil and home detergent, always making sure that the water does not enter into the handle so you do not damage the brush. Until now, the bristles didn't fall out nor the brush has lost its shape, and I was washing it over several times. I do not use the brush guard and dry it keeping it horizontal and I am very pleased how the brush dries fast and how it looks after.
I ordered two of these brushes and this one in the photos is a new one, unopened. The one I use is being dried at the time. All the photos were made in the daylight so you can get the better insight.
I want to emphasize more how important it is to wash your new brushes when you buy them, for all kinds of smell and, at last, who knows where they have been and who was touching them. This praticular brush did not have any special fragrance, it just smelled like something new.
Also, you have to maintain the hygiene of the brushes you already have. I wash them after each use because I know myself, I know how I apply the eyeshadow and how much do I blend and smudge it. Especially brushes for the liquid foundation - make sure to wash them after each use because they pick up all the stuff from your face, along with the powder, and if you don't pay attention to them, they can develop their own small ecosystem within the hair and then you transfer it to your face again and again.
Beware of the various bacteria, pay attention to your face and health in general. That's the most important thing.
To get out of this serious tone, this brush is good for anyone who does not want to spend too much money, but still wants a good quality brush that will do their job. Price of 17 kuna is really small, and with that price you'll get a numerous of options for all your smokey eye combinations.
Wait maybe for some discounts on the MUA website and buy this brush and, ultimately, you can see it for yourself.
Along with this brush, I bought a MUA F2 Stippling Brush which costs 3 pounds, I have a love-hate relationship with that one. It may be that I don't use it properly and I'm used to those typical foundation brushes.
Anyway, with this E3 brush I'm quite pleased and it serves me great.

Dlačice kista su sintetičke, kao i svi ostali MUA kistovi, cruelty free i pogodni za sve tipove kože. Drška nije preteška, lijepo sjeda u ruku i može se s njim komotno raditi. Jako je ugodan za oko, mekan i dobro blenda proizvod. Probala sam ga čistog, samo blendajući sjenila, a isto tako s njim sam i nanosila sjenilo. Pokupi proizvod dobro i, uokoliko otresete višak, nećete imati rasipanja po licu.
Sama glava kista je malo veća, pogodna je za neka grublja blendanja, veća, dok ako želim baš precinost ja ipak odabirem svoj najdraži Essence kist. Mogu reći, ako bih trebala usporediti, da je MUA kist puno nježniji, ali opet dovoljno čvrst.
Što se pranja tiče, održavam ga kao i ostale kistove, perem ga u mješavini maslinovog ulja i deterdženta, uvijek pazeći da mi voda ne ulazi u dršku i tako ne ošteti kist. Do sad mi nitijedna dlačica nije ispala niti je kist izgubio svoj oblik, a prala sam ga preko nekoliko puta. Nemam brush guard i sušim ga samo polegnutog malo prema dolje i jako sam zadovoljna i brzinom sušenja, a i kako izgleda nakon.
Ja sam naručila dva ovakva kista i ovaj na fotografijama je novi, neotvoreni. Ovaj koji koristim mi se upravo suši. Sve sam slikala na dnevnom svijetlu kako biste dobili što vjerniji i bolji uvid u ovaj kist.
Naglasila bih još kako je važno oprati nove kistove kada ih kupite, em zbog kojekakvih mirisa, a i tko zna kroz čije ruke je to prolazilo. Ovaj nije imao nikakav posebni miris, mirišao je po novome samo.
Isto tako, higijenu svojih kistova morate održavati. Ja ih perem nakon svakog korištenja jer i sama znam koliko sjenila nanesem i kako blendam i razmazujem i slično. Pogotovo kistovi za tekući puder - to obavezno perite nakon svakog korištenja jer oni pokupe sve vaše masnoće s lica, zajedno s puderom i ukoliko ne pazite na njih, mogu razviti svoj mali ekosustav unutar dlačica i onda vi to opet i opet prenosite na svoje lice.
Čuvajte se raznih bakterija, pazite na svoje lice i na sveopće zdravlje. To je ipak najbitnije.
Da se maknem od ovog ozbiljnog tona, ovaj kist je dobar za svakoga tko ne želi izdvajati prevelike svote novaca, a opet želi dobar i kvalitetan kist koji će obavljati svoj posao. Cijena od 17 kuna je zbilja mala, a s njome dobivate bezbroj mogućnosti za sve vaše smokey eye kombinacije.
Pričekajte možda koju akciju na MUA stranici i kupite ovaj kist i, na koncu, sami procijenite.
Uz ovaj kist, kupila sam i MUA F2 Stippling Brush koji košta 3 funte, s kojim sam u nekom love-hate odnosu. Moguće je lako da ga ja ne koristim kako treba i da sam navikla na one tipične foundation kistove.
U svakom slučaju, s ovim E3 kistom sam posve zadovoljna i super me služi.

Fino izgleda. Za sada nemam ni jednu njihovu cetkicu no mislim da nabavim neke kad budem pri parama :)

Ja obavezno perem kistove poslije svakog šminkanja, a pogotovo one od pudera. Ne svačam, kako neko može prat jednom tjedno, mislin da bi imala katastrofa lice da to radin.
Nisan ih prala sa maslinovim uljem, jel' se to da skinit? :D Iako pretpostavljan da sigurno dobro ispere, mene živcira na kistovima od pudera šta ih ne mogu više dovest do one prirodne bijeline na vrhu dlačica i baš me to živcira. Inače perem ih u baby šamponu ili čak gelu za intimnu njegu.
Ja sam ti taj recept vidjela kod Michelle Phan prije sto godina, u tanjurić pomiješam malo deterdženta i maslinovog ulja, protrljam to po ruci i ispirem, makne se sve, a maslinovo ulje ostavi dlačice mekanima.

Ja sam ih pikirala par puta dok sam naručivala, ali uvijek su bilo ofs, možda budem bolje sreće idući put :) Baš divno zvuči, vidjela sam da ih dosta cura hvali :D
